Shayna Bell, MS, LMHC, CCTP

The idea of beginning therapy can be incredibly overwhelming. Whether this is your first experience or you’ve been through a previous therapeutic journey, this is a time when many of us feel our most vulnerable. It is my hope and intention to create an inviting, safe, and inclusive space when you enter my office.

My experience includes working with children, teens, and adults with a variety of emotional needs. As a provider, my goal is to assist you in identifying and recognizing your strengths and how you can utilize those strengths to overcome hardships. Therapy is a collaborative process and we will work together to reach your goals.

I operate from a relational and person-centered approach, because I believe developing a trusting and supportive relationship is crucial for change. I prioritize trauma informed care, and I enjoy incorporating expressive techniques in therapy, including play, art, and music.

I genuinely believe you have the ability to be who you want to be and to become the best version of yourself, someone who is able to live a fulfilling and meaningful life. Reaching out for support can be incredibly difficult, but I’m glad you’re here! Please feel free to reach out to me anytime.
