    My Approach

As a mental health counselor, I believe the relationship is key. Change cannot occur without trust.

My typical approaches include: trauma-informed care, person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and emotionally-focused therapy.

I have a special interest in working with children and incorporate both play and expressive techniques. This is important for children as they communicate and express themselves primarily through play and other nonverbal methods.

I believe you have the capacity to change.

I see individuals 4 years and older.
